Information on how Skalar United Innovations processes contact data submitted through the Hive Synergy website.
2. Scope and purpose of processing
For the Residents form, we process the Dutch postal code and email address solely to assess local density of interest and notify you if a neighbourhood pilot is prepared in your area. For the Institutions form, we process your name, organisation or municipality name, and work email address solely to respond to your pilot inquiry.
3. Data retention and recipients
Submissions are delivered via Resend to the project mailbox and are not used for marketing newsletters or shared with third-party advertisers. You may request access to, rectification, or erasure of your data at any time through the official project contact.
